Miami's Little River District
Miami’s Little River neighborhood is an industrial district just north of Midtown, Wynwood, and the Design District and west of Biscayne Bay, the Mimo District, and the Upper East Side. The proximity to other cultural hubs within Miami's core makes Little River a highly desirable location with incredible growth potential.
Within the historical Little River neighborhood the Little River Business District is home to many warehouses that are evolving into more adaptive uses. The old industrial properties are being creatively re-purposed into art galleries, trendy eateries, modern office space, and new-economy enterprises.
Leading the charge on the new-economy front is the Magic City Innovation District located seven city blocks south of Studios @ The Dairy and lying partially within the Little River Business District. The Magic City Innovation District is a 17 acre assemblage that will be developed into a billion dollar mixed use hub over the next 10 years.
Little River has a vibrant and rich cultural history and make up and remains one of Miami’s great cultural hubs with street parties and the Little Haiti Cultural Center breathing fresh life into this historic neighborhood.
